Transportation and recruiting inquiries
Website information is provided for general informational purposes. A call or inquiry does not create a transportation agreement, confirm equipment availability, guarantee a rate, or constitute an offer of employment. Specific transportation services and employment arrangements are governed by the applicable separate agreements.

Mobile Messaging & SMS Terms
Program and message types
Vitaex INC provides two-way HR and driver text communication. Messages may concern driver information, recruiting inquiries, and HR matters. This program description does not include marketing or promotional messages.
Participation and consent
By expressly agreeing to receive the described messages from Vitaex INC, you consent to that messaging program at the number you provide. Providing your phone number alone does not authorize ongoing SMS communication. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Contact our team by phone if you prefer not to use SMS.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries and HR communication needs. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider’s charges and terms govern your mobile service.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any program message to opt out. You may receive one final text confirming your request. After opting out, further program messages should stop unless you provide new consent. You may also call recruiting to request that text messages stop.

Delivery and your phone number

Vitaex INC does not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred for another party’s own messaging. Messaging service providers may process information on our behalf to deliver the service.
